Randy Moss, Tom Brady, and level up Gear Disappeared.

I had the capsules perfectly fine the day the game was released. I even had the full Randy Moss Set on. I play on Xbox series X mostly but I went back to play with some buddies on Xbox one and it had me in the default starter gear. I went to put my gear back on and my Randy moss, Tom Brady, and level up gear was gone. I went back to series X and it was gone from there as Well. If anyone knows what I can do for this problem please help me out.
