Summarize your bug I did the rare strategy item offense Fantasy pack and could not find the deep route specialist that gave speed. The rare deep route specialist only gave jumping but for everyone else it gave speed

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do the rare offense strategy item fantasy pack set and see if deep route specialist gives speed
What happens when the bug occurs? My wife receivers do not get speed from rare deep route specialist
