RB missing end of the game

A few games into my season and can't figure out why my RB goes missing around the 3rd quarter.

In the first half, he probably has 15-20 carries for 100 or so yards.  He is setup as first string for RB, 3DRB, and PWRB.

I'm in the regular season so not an issue with the game auto-subbing during pre-season.  He's also not injured as I checked that.  I have auto-subs setup so that even my backup normally gets some snaps on the field and later in the game when the 2nd string gets tired, I do see the 3rd string guy out there so shouldn't be that either.

No matter what I do I can't get him to get back in the game and not sure why.
