Yes I know, I've already made 2 cases. I understand they are busy but I've spent over 400+ dollars and 250+ hours on the game and I'm being banned for no reason and I am not getting any responses.

- @dirttdogg1212 I get it man but sometimes it can take up to 14 days for there to be a response. Just gotta be patient that's all.
