Stop telling us to contact your support and you guys do nothing to help. How about you guys fix the * issue. I spend my hard earned money on this * and then I call or message in only for someone to tell me they can’t help me. This is incredibly * frustrating and annoying. This is the worst service I have ever received with anything. What if we all stopped buying your games?! I really hope 2k gets a license won’t have to deal with this nonsense

    UPDATE 9/10/20: FIX FOR INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS FOR MADDEN 2020. (after trying and contacting EA Sports for 5 months and filling out endless EA Account recovery forms)



    1. Google EA Login, click that link and

    2. Log in using your Xbox or Playstation account, NOT EA Account

    3. Logging into Xbox or Playstation is where you will find the invalid email address and/or birth date or other incorrect information (as was the case for me)

    4. Now start a chat session with EA Sports

    5. Tell them that is the location of the invalid email or other information (i.e. Xbox or Playstation login)

    6. Give them a good email address and they will send a code to that good email address

    7. They will then reset your email to its correct address and send a link to reset the password to the new correct email account (in Xbox or Playstation account login)

    8. Ask EA Sports to hold while you reset the password and log into Madden to see if your new email address is now populating

    9. Enter your password and see if you can now download rosters or community files (I could once I followed these steps)



    The EA Account is incorrect because it is not syncing in with the correct Xbox or Playstation Account information. The steps above corrected this
