@GarrettLehmandid you play one more game already afterwards (e.g. a short Solo Challenge from the Rivalz promo)? sometimes completing one more game triggers missing rewards or content.
my second guess would have been to have a look at your item binder (and sort by 'newest'), but if I got you right, you already did that.
and yes, as @satfreaktom264 correctly stated, you have to manually link your EA to your Amazon account.
if completing one more game does not trigger the missing content, you might have to contact EA Help (via help.ea.com or using twitter: https://twitter.com/EAHelp). they can track your account and should be able to grant you the missing items, hopefully.
