Check the vents on your console to see if they are clogged with dust/lint.

That, and your fans running at high speed may indicate your console is overheating.

If that is the case, power off your console and physically disconnect the power and then use the smallest attachment on your vacuum cleaner to hoover up the lint from the vents.

    I didn't see a single piece of dust but I I tried vacuuming the vents just in case but still no luck, same thing happening. Perhaps there could be unseen dust already deep inside? But even when I first start up the console before it even has a chance to get warm it is happening.
