@TheHomieFork I've read from other players too that they did not get an email. now that you've written that you can't get in anywhere, I think I remember that other players also have been banned from MUT for a while. but I'm not sure, because it was most often reported as a 'ban from the auction house'...

I think the best way to clarify this is to contact EA Help.

@TheHomieFork Just make a ticket and wait. Their bot is screwed up, they know it, but refuse to stop screwing over innocent customers. I got auction house banned again, but the thing apparently doesn't realize that everything I posted to sell was for the lowest price, or that everything I bought was for the lowest price. So my Cooks power up--which I suspect got me banned--goes for 30k this month but the company's software doesn't realize this---it just thinks it is an overpriced card. I'm sending my 30 day arbitration notice today because they know this is an issue but refuse to resolve it.

Bought R. Jackson 90, 2900 Sold for training

Bought J. Lynch 90, 28250, sold for training.

Bought H. Ruggs Ghost of Future 50750. On team.
Bought L. Bowden Jr. probably sold for training. 6900

As you can tell, there isn't one questionable transaction every card was bought or sold at the lowest price on the AH. I suspect their bot has issues determining power ups and doesn't understand that the prices fluctuate. I would suggest not purchasing from the company again because they do this to consumers and don't give a damn that their software is messed up. Enjoy waiting for months to get a reply.
