Share any troubleshooting you've tried so far... closing the franchise and reopening, turning off PS5 and reloading

So I was having this problem too.

What you need to do is before starting the off season fire your OC.

Then hire new one. 

Problem solved. 

I am having this problem as well. Looking at thread of messages. I am seeing that people have found a solution. However, I’m not sure if it applies to my situation. I’m the only user of a league on a cloud franchise. Therefore, I cannot access other teams. Can EA give me an individual patch for this?

This issue is happening in my 2027-2028 offseason. I'm going to try the work around. I'm also going to try to do a similar work around to trade my qb back to myself bc I cannot resign him due to cap space. Cap space is off and I have 276M in funds.

I have the same issue I'm stuck on coach retired after Superbowl now I can't jump in an play just sim

Share any troubleshooting you've tried so far... fired other coach and can access database to hire coach on defense.  On offense where I lost my coordinator, no coaches are available.

4th season after having to start completely over after franchises got corrupted.

I live in Oklhaoma

Experienced this a few days ago and cannot figure out how to get around this.

Hard to get excited about a game that continues to have problems.

franchise jacuzzijuice_11  we have a fake account and fire oc  so we can play the game 

I can’t continue the 2027 franchise because it wants me to hire an offensive coordinator but when I try there isn’t any staff to hire. This has happened before and I erased the franchise and started all over and now I’m back to the same problem
