Re: Can’t use in game currency

 It’s been 30 DAMN DAYS WITH NO FIX. All you EA help reps need to stop lying to the community on this issue telling us that the “team is looking into it” or “the team is aware of it”. The so called team doesn’t give a poop about this issue or it would’ve been fixed already not having 30 days pass and I still can’t buy packs. Every chat, every phone call with EA help has been the same answer “expedited to the team to fix this bug please be patient”. Myself and the community dealing with this have been waiting for MaddenNFLDirect or ea_MUT to say something on twitter about they are aware of this issue on twitter and guess what? A WHOLE MONTH AND NOT ONE TWEET from MaddenNFLDirect ABOUT “THEY ARE AWARE” OF THIS ISSUE.  You want to know why MaddenNFLDirect won’t tweet anything about it? Because it concerns the STORE. And saying that there is a bug in the store that could possibly have you locked out of the store after buying packs would stop players from buying packs/bundles and EA would lose money big time. This is the real reason why MaddenNFLDirect doesn’t say anything about this issue. It affects EA’s money/pockets. First it was me complaining now there’s over 50 people complaining about the same problem and growing and eahelp hasn’t done anything about it. Meanwhile the players affected by this bug have real money trapped as madden points on the game and no fix or a remedy for a refund. I got NEWS for EA! IF YOU KNOW OF A PROBLEM AND DONT FIX IT AND REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND THAT IS CALLED “THEFT”!!! And in this case it’s not just “THEFT “ it’s “ELECTRONIC FRAUD”!!! All I know is that this needs to be fixed by October 29, 2022 which is the deadline I gave EA to have this fixed or a refund of my madden points or I’ll let a ALJ deal with it
