I have checked to make sure the game is fully updated and it is, I’ve tried using other accounts and they dont get any error codes. Only on my active account

If you have recently been running into issues connecting to MUT with the error "Our servers cannot..." please let us know the following:

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?
Is anything else happening?
what was the last action you completed(or last game played) before the error happened?

Hi @jedoeh5210,
Thanks for the report! I just wanted to confirm a few things with you:
- Are you seeing a message that says there's a problem with your line-up when you're trying to play the Challenge, or is it fully kicking you out of MUT with the "servers cannot process your request" error?
- Is this happening with any particular Challenges, or do you run into the same error for all of them?
- Can you play other game modes like H2H or Solo Battles without getting the same error? Does it only happen with Challenges?

It’s been three weeks and I still can’t login to mut with this error.

Are you still running into the same issues? If so, can you give me a rough time frame for the last time you tried logging in? If you can also include your time zone, that would be helpful.Thanks!

I need help as well trying to get back into the game, on other accounts I don’t have a problem playing but on my main I constantly get a connection lost error or servers cannot process your request at this time. I’ve restarted my game, console and deleted and reinstalled the game. Changed to Ethernet and my dns but still cannot get into any game whatsoever.

Date this issue started (is it still happening?): The issue began on March 25th.
Is anything else happening? The only thing happening is I continue to get error after error when I try to load into a game in ultimate team.
what was the last action you completed(or last game played) before the error happened? I had signed into another account linked to my ea account which then caused this problem

Hey Madden Fans,
I wanted to check in for anyone still running into errors when trying to get into Challenges, can you try the following?
- Check if you have a Coach, Kits, and Stadiums equipped
- If they are equipped, could you try changing them to Standard Starter/Basic versions
- If you have Strategy Items equipped, try removing them and retry

Hey @sammylo2001 I wanted to see if it would be possible to get some additional information on when this happens for you.
let us know which of the following area(s) you notice this popping up.
- Where is this happening?
- On entry to MUT from Main Menu.
- When you try to play Solo Battles
- When you try to play Challenges
- When you try to play H2H Seasons
- When you try to play H2H House Rules
- When you try to play H2H Champions
- When you try to play H2H Squad Seasons
- When you try to play H2H All-Madden Seasons
- When you try to play MUT Draft
- When you try to play A Friend

@EA_Illium I get the same error every time I try to play solo battles, challenges, h2h, squads, house rules, and mut champions as well as all madden seasons. Pretty much any type of game I can’t get in I get the same error message
