You say they are online but your own website says they are offline. Only XBox One has been working for the past week which is puzzling.

I don't want to do online H2H, all I want to do is access my connected franchise mode.

Madden 17 servers not available. 

Every time I go to login to Madden 17, I receive a message saying “The EA Servers are not available at this time.” I restarted my game and Xbox, neither of which have worked. I checked Reddit, nothing there. I checked downdetector to see if there was anything on there, still nothing. I came here trying to figure out why the servers are being difficult. I’m on Xbox One btw.

I have the same Problems since 10 days. EA Support couldnt help me and told me  that Maybe they shut the Servers down. :-( :-( would be nice if there would be a official Statement About it from EA!!!

11/17/20:  Are Madden 17 for PS4 servers up or down?  Why do I have to connect to EA servers for MUT and Draft Champions?  I cant play MUT or Draft Champions because I cant connect to EA servers.  I've been trying to play Madden 17 for about two weeks now, but cant do MUT or Draft Champions.  So, what's the deal?  Are they fixed, or is playing MUT and Draft Champions, along with their related trophies, a lost cause at this point?

My ps4 is not connecting to EA servers. For nfl 17

Madden 17 servers are currently available and we are able to see players actively playing online. If you are having trouble connecting, please try the connection troubleshooting steps below. If those don't get you connected, we advise reaching out to our Support team below in order for them to pull up your account information to verify you do not have any restrictions placed on your account.

So do we have a answer yet or no because I am also having issues and have been trying everything suggested.

@ReNuaveE Since this started occurring around the release date of Madden 21, it is obvious to me that they shut the servers down to support the new game. However, they won't SAY it and all their customer service reps are either completely in the dark about it or are pretending to be.

November 4, 2020, EA servers werent connecting and I cant do anything with MUT or Draft Champions.  Now it is January 13, 2021 and servers still not connecting, still cant do anything with MUT. Draft Champions is finally working and I was able to plow through that but I want to get these MUT trophies done so I can plat this game.  EA, please get your act together and fix the server issue.  Or, if you're going to just shut the servers down completely, advise us.  Though, my question would still be, why the hell would base game, solo played MUT need to be on the servers for players to access?!

And this is for PS4 btw.
