Cannot enter Rookie Premiere Challenges

    i read on another forum that removing visuals should solve the issue...

    EDIT (for visibility reasons): the suggested workaround is: >>> If you are experiencing issues with disconnects when attempting to play the Rookie Premiere challenges, please remove your Team Visuals under the Team Visuals Tab in game. <<<

*** EDIT 2 - my kicker had a superstar/X-factor - REMOVING that allowed me in. AND I'm using a massive weaker lineup.

(I spent 30 minutes messing with this today)

Team Rating is 93, versus 98 of my "normal" lineup.

*** EDIT 3 - removing team visuals also appears to work.

(there is a "delay" or "lag" after clicking on the entry to the challenges - so this definitely has some broken logic)

I created an all new “test” lineup based on the falcons (although I only have 6 players now). 

sadly I don’t have many players of one team at this point. 

it’s got to be an anti cheat logic bug…

      The premiere rookie challenges will not load and kick me out of madden ultimate team. Does anybody have any possible solutions.

        @JeffPeli figured it out... i’m in xbox one as well. what i did was is turn every x factor and superstar ability off as well as my kicker. take head coach and both uniforms away from lineup that’s the last tab (idk if this played a factor it could have just been all ability’s completely off). i then started a rookie premiere challenge that went to loading screen like
        it was gonna work but took me all the way back to xbox home screen and shut game off. started madden up and tried again and boom it worked. hope this helps! i also copy active lineup and used a different lineup wit same players again idk if this played a factor.

    @satfreaktom264 Worked for me, thanks! The EA chat was useless when I asked for help.
