This is what I did .. and it started working again. I reset my box, ejected the disk ... and started over with a new playbook. Sorry to report that is the only way I can save my playbooks again. Took me a few days to do this (due to all the hours messing with the playbook) but that is what I was forced to do. So far it has worked like it is supposed to.
