Re: Can't login ea servers Madden 23

Hi there @RX3_FaceOfDeath,

Please run through the following steps to help clear up that error message:

  • Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox 
  • Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) 
  • Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
  • Check that you have an open NAT type on your console

    It wont let me login to my EA account on madden 23 on pc idk what to do because i cant play ultimate team or online games

    (For PC users) Sign into EA then link your Steam account via the sign in page. Then most important if you have more than one drive make sure Madden is installed in The same drive as Steam and Orgin. Good Luck. Also most important wait a day and check The Forum to see if they've posted a notice saying that they are working on the SITE.

    same problem. And it wants a reinstall evertime I play and wont save custom work.
