If you're not able to login, try visiting our website at Help.EA.com and try resetting your password. 

There is a chance it could be a local network issue. Try these steps below and if those don't seem to do the trick, I recommend contacting our Support team via the options below so they can pull up your account and assist you in the event there's an account based reason you can't login that they'll need to fix for you.

Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your PS4 console

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
