That’s because some teams dont use captain patches in real life. Like Patriots, Ravens, Steelers, Lions etc. Some teams only have it visible in the play-offs ie Chiefs. Do the captain patches display the same starts on the roster menu and on the players now? Ie-i seen tom brady who has gold patch on roster menu but only 1 gold star on uniform!!

    Was thinking the same thing but didn’t expect them to do it for the Seahawks since they just started doing it this year with the new coach. They can get this detail right but can’t fix the incorrect number font on the Seahawks throwbacks?? EA is infuriating

    I'm having the same problem, I'm playing for Baltimore Ravens and alot of players on the team have captain patches, its very frustrating since I've been on the team for 5 years and they give a captain patch to a newly signed tight end.
