We sure hope you are correct. I have serious doubts to that being true. Primarily that it has been multiple days with ZERO feedback.I was able to get a customer service representative on the phone who I told about the issue. He advised me that the team knows about the issue and is currently looking into it. I was told to give them 24-48 hours on Saturday by this representative. I am currently still dealing with this issue.
