Hi, the Ce-34878 error is usually related to corrupt data or system software.
There are some solutions you can follow which might fix the situation.
Clear your PlayStation 4's cache (power cycle)
- Press and hold the [PS] button on your controller.
- Select Turn Off PS4.
- Allow the PlayStation 4 to fully power down and wait for 10 to 20 seconds.
- Restart the PlayStation 4.
Make sure the game is up-to-date
- Go to the PlayStation XMB home screen.
- Highlight the game and press the [Options] button on your controller.
- Select Check For Update and install any updates that are available.
Make sure the PlayStation 4's is up-to-date
- Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation XMB home screen.
- Select System Software Update and allow any system updates to install.
- Reboot your PlayStation 4.
Uninstall / Reinstall the game
Disable face recognition
If a PS camera is connected to the system, remove it and reboot the system. Once complete, turn off Enable Face Recognition.
- From the PlayStation 4 XMB home screen, select Settings.
- Select User.
- Select Login Settings.
- Uncheck Enable Face Recognition.
The last option if the error keeps happening without these fixes working would be to initialize ps4 / restore factory settings which will wipe all content.
