Issue is not solved. Doesn't let users who have been fired rejoin league. Also doesn't let us get to 32 coaches in franchise.

When should we expect a fix to these glitches? Will we have to restart the franchise for the patch to take effect? We need answers. Have 32 users waiting on a solution. @EA_Blueberry @EA
We're having a similar issue. We had a user do the retire-retire option. Now the Cowboys are glitched out and anyone who tries to join as them is getting a "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu" screen. We've tried using different PSNs, EA accounts, joining as owner/coach/etc. Tried to kick from the mobile app but the user isn't showing up as being in the league, and the Cowboys are showing as "available" on the menu screen.
How does simply having a user retire from a league completely glitch out an entire CFM league? This is basic level stuff that should not occur, and I we haven't seen a fix anywhere online.
