I know there are a lot of posts about this and some may have slightly different issues. But if you see that specific error when someone tries to join a league, it is the absolute kiss of death and there have been no known fixes anywhere for this, you either roll with 31 teams or restart your franchise. 

It may look like a connection error, but it really isn't as it happens at any time regardless of server status, it never gets better no matter how many times you try it.

My guess is that it is a generic "catch all" error. As a programmer, I would start by searching the code for anything that might throw this specific error and go from there. 

Rolling with 31 or less teams is not really an option because it screws up everything from Free Agency to the draft when there is a CPU team


Correct, that image with the error "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu" is the error the team was investigating. This pops up with the 32nd team attempts to join.

I know this might sound redundant but I need this info forwarded to the team so they can understand what accounts are being impacted. If you're able to help me out by providing this info below it will help me get more push around this.

  • Gamertag/PSN ID
  • Platform
  • Franchise type
  • Is it owners, custom coaches, regular coaches, mix of owners and coaches, etc.
  • League name
