Re: controller doesn't work at all madden 21 pc

So I'm having a weird issue with the controller. I'm playing on PC with xBox One controller, and the controller works fine in main menu and some game modes like Face of the Franchise, but it doesn't work in Ultimate Team or The Yard. I tried wireless and connected with usb and also tried a PS4 controller...same issue.

I contacted support and they made me delete some folders but it didn't help.

After reinstalling windows it worked, but now after a game update, it doesn't work again. I don't know what to do. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
