Do you have any other devices connected to your PC other than the controller and your mouse + keyboard? If so, can you try disconnecting the other devices to see if that makes any difference?
I am having a similar problem but on Origin. I even disconnected my keyboard and mouse and Madden is still picking up my keyboard and mouse. It is pretty much unplayable on my controller, cant even navigate the main menu with the controller. Any ideas on why its like this?
Same issues JonnyVillarini, I also disconnected everything. Only had controller connected restarted computer still the controller does not work. The game is acting like it has some other controller input that is interfering with the game.
PLEASE EA, FIX THIS
