HI @KIngPharoh23 To confirm we are not able to look at accounts or address account-based issues on Answers HQ, If it is account related you would need to speak with our support:

  • EA Help website - Live Support (Phone, Chat, Email) 
  • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance   

To confirm I don't see your NAT on the image, you can find a guide to check it here. Also to confirm are you on an insider build of Xbox that's their program to get and try features early it is an unstable build however and can cause issues.
