recently if read about a similar issue in the forum (see link below). since I've faced a lot of disconnect losses last year and tried a lot to solve the issue, ex-post I have to say that at least some of the cases occured most likely due to my instable internet connection. and I did not know that before: a fast internet connection does not mean that it is stable.
