I like to High/Low the middle linebacker as well...  I'll send the TE on a Post to split the safeties with a slant coming from either the slot or the widest receiver from the other side based on tendency.  If they manually control the middle linebacker, I'll watch when they release the TE to the deep area while I'm hitting the slant underneath for short pickups.  Then once I get them looking for the slant, pop it over the Mike's head for a bigger gain...

If they switch the coverage in the middle, I'll motion the HB to the slot and send him on a deep curl or a streak...  either way, someone is open between the numbers.
