Re: Draft class name announcing in commentary
@BearDown041517 The draft needs a ton of work as a whole. It lacks so much presentation it should have. Ik we r the ones who r "technically" in the draft room, but a more televised appearance would be nice.
Talk about the players more before they're drafted in the background. Tell everyone what a team's top needs r and where the analysts think they'll go. Give us a quick look inside each team's draft roo. As they "try and figure out" who they r looking to take.
Out Goodell on their at the podium to announce the pick for the 1st like 2 or 3 Rds. After that, it's not needed for him, and the analysts could announce any noteworthy names that maybe slid, or had great pro days.
It's lackluster and just needs a huge face-lift. Far as names r concerned, I agree, if a 1st/last name is on a current player, then ANY player should be able to have their name called via draft day. I can understand any names not being apart of it, not being announced, which, if someone had a 1st or last name in-game, but not both, I'd rather not hear just 1 name. But def as long as both names r in the game announcement, then they should be said.
