The system won't allow to print screen the message of error... the error is de CE-43477-5.. I you can not se properly the pic tell me to take another.. i already try to restore licences, set as primary console and the problem persist!
I have the same error and even initialized my Playstation. I have raised a ticket at Playstation support. They are not able to help like EA is not. I will contact paypal tomorrow for a refund if the problem is not solved. That's a big shame for EA!!!
Same.._.._._.._.Try for a refund..I understand it launched on PS4 in July so I expect maybe small teething problems but to be not recognized when reporting this issue & to be told aware of issue but no real progress man.....Any info on time scale EA ?
It looks like it was sorted for me. I can buy game and start download from mobile app. I will see once I get home.

I was able to restore NFL19 to my account.
I deleted all the saves of the NFL19 and NFL20 games, after which I restored the licenses in the profile settings.
Then I went to the HUB, chose a game and downloaded it from the store
P.S. It may have coincided and EA fixed this problem, but just did it and was able to download the game
I also have the following concern: I subscribe 1 year but on my EA access games, it is written; end of validity 14 September 2019.......
