Did you recently purchase this console used?

It might be possible to move your PSN ID to another EA account, but you will lose all progress on all EA games if you do so. That includes any Ultimate Teams you have. If you want to see if this is possible, open a case here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. However, you still won't be able to create more accounts on that same console if it's reached the max allowed accounts.

    @EA_Aljo How do I change my email if I forgot my password? I can’t log into my prior email and both emails I use have an account I’m trying to switch it over from one account to the next new email how do I do this on the madden game ?
