Re: EA Play Trial unavailable [Title Edited - Admin.]
Hey, all.
First off, we apologize you are all having trouble accessing the Play First Trial during the launch of Madden NFL 21. This is not the ideal experience we wanted you to be in and we're here to help troubleshoot this with you. We'll do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible and we fully encourage everyone to post any solutions or workarounds that can benefit the rest of the community while waiting on a response from a Community Manager. If you need any immediate help, our Support teams at our Help site and Twitter account are always available 24/7.
If you are attempting to launch the game and receiving the message "you are too early" that means you're trying to play the game that is scheduled to release on the 28th. It sounds like you might be going to the Xbox or PlayStation store.
To download and play the Play First Trial, open up the EA Play app on your Xbox/PlayStation and visit the Play First Trial hub. Download the game from there and it should allow you to launch it.
If you are getting an invalid account message, this is an account security feature to help protect your account. Try resetting your password on your EA account at Help.EA.com and then try loading up the game again. If you are still getting the message, please contact an EA Advisor so they can pull up your account to see what needs to be updated.
