If you're still having trouble un-linking an account, please chat with our Support team via the options below so they can pull up your account to see what's happening. I've seen a lot of cases though where players are either not logging into the correct EA account or they have the EA account linked to the incorrect Twitch account (multiple Twitch accounts by accident).
