Re: Face of the Franchise Error

I play madden 23 on an Xbox one and I haven’t been able to play face of the franchise or ultimate team for a about a week now I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, unplugging my router and rebooting it, restarting my Xbox, changing accounts and it still won’t work, just want it to be fixed or have my money be givin back Atleast
