Re: Face of The Franchise positions changing

I was having this issue too, lost so many careers to the position change glitch. Super annoying. Here's what I've found prevents the glitch from happening. It's the Eye in the Sky decision. From what I've seen, whenever I choose to do the action of getting the team together and watching film, immediately after the position changes. I don't know why this happens, but it's what causes the glitch. Just don't choose the Eye in the Sky decision and your player will be fine.
