Re: Face of The Franchise positions changing

First things first. I am playing on PC. I have diligently worked on getting the right combination of actions to get this worked out. As far as other platforms, it's worth a shot to try this also. Make sure you are signed into your EA account. Launch Madden 23 inside your EA app. When it comes to the mode screen, choose FOTF. Now at this point if you have ever had your career go from HB to QB where your progress has been stopped, it will show up here where it gives the option to continue league or manage career. Click on the QB manage career. Delete everything! Once that is done, scroll over to the HB manage career and delete everything. Now you should see a continue league/ manage career without any positions chose. Go ahead and choose your position you want to play. Now go ahead and Create  your player. When done and your back to the home screen, go over to options and click it. It will go to your franchise settings, user settings, and retire screen. Click on franchise settings, then click your Right stick. You will now be on Notification screen. Scroll down to franchise first. Now if you have previously played in FOTF mode, all of your notifications will be here. Delete everyone of these. When done with that, scroll up one to all. Delete everything else that you can (mul pack notifications and all that it will allow you to. When you're done, there should only be 3 notifications left under the ALL filter. They will be patch updates, mut team store, and superstar x-factors. Now from the same notifications screen, click on the three line settings button. Turn all of these to off. When done, back out to the home screen. If and when you want to take a break, start a season game and directly after the first kickoff, when the continue play screen pops up, stop right there. That game will be there waiting on you to start play again. Now if you must absolutely cut the game off, do it in between games after you have set your Side activities and before you play your On-Field Drills where the option to  play or simulate those On field drills. Just X out from there without clicking play or simulate. It will come straight back to that screen when you decide to play again. Now when you do x-out, your EA account screen will pop up. Just minimize it and leave it till your ready to play again. Also, anytime you do start to play after you x-out, go ahead and maximize your EA account screen again, and launch Madden from inside EA account. When it launches it will carry you back to the mode screen, click on FOTF button. It will now bring you back to the continue league/manage career screen. Click on manage career. Only career it should show is your current HB career. Also after every season when you are done with preseason, REPEAT the process! There it is! I hope you can follow it all.
