@I am playing on of through origin and yes it allows me to play fine until I exit the game mode then will never load back in

I'm wondering if the save files might be getting corrupted for some reason. In some cases this can happen because the game is blocked from writing the files it would use to create game saves. When you have the chance can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that has any effect? If there's something else running on the PC that's causing the issues that may help to get around it.
