exactly... but hey look, they added another field pass today that I cant access the challenges and progress through... meanwhile all the field passes are set to expire in 20 days and we don't get any credit or rewards... this is becoming negligence on behalf of EA. But it doesnt matter as long as people are spending money.

Pushing 5 weeks and 300 posts on a game breaking bug that ruins a game.  Anyone know anyone in media?  Hoping that someone covers this and puts some pep in EAs step to fix it.

Everytime I talk to ea help on twitter they seem to actually know about the issue now so that’s a plus. Under every tweet they are getting spammed by it. 

I think EA Help is using a generic response in hopes of getting people to stop responding.  If they know the issue but can't fix, we have bigger problems because that tells me it's unfixable....

Talking to EA help is a total waste. They only have one reply. Please wait for sometime. Seriously what is sometime at this point. I honestly feel they are waiting for the timer on this field pass to run out then they can start over fresh hoping that will work. This is now becoming a joke. I am a patient man but this is way beyond that point. We don’t need to wait some time. EA needs to do rectify the situation. 

Has anyone progressed? Lmao is EA actually going to give us everything we earned and missed? How about a million free coins while they are at it.

Got to level 16 and that is all. Pretty much done all solos all I can do is head to head in snipe on the market

Why do I feel like this is going to be unfixable and we are all going be out of luck for the entire game cycle…. If this was fixable it would have happened by now.

Welcome to week 3 of the nfl season and week 6 of not being able to play this game in any meaningful way.  These devs need to be canned.  This company needs to lose the nfl license.  And someone needs to find a way to hold shady business practices like this legally accountable.
