well the chat advisor I was working with disconnected from me, then I got pushed to another guy who said he would reconnect me, and then I sat there for 45 minutes while he ignored me before I finally ended the chat session myself. I can't believe I wasted 2 hours with those guys. Thanks for pushing this up the chain from your side because the chat guys surely weren't going to do it. I have the transcript and case number if interested in following up otherwise I'll go do something else since I cant play this game at all.
