Same here I've been playing for some days, the server timed out mid game. Rebooted on my Xbox series S now it shows up as a QB when I'm a RB and I click that it has me lvl 1 on to start on the current game as a running back on game 11. But still shows my season and career stats, but lvl 1. HELP!
Same thing happened to me. Had to delete my saved HB slot. Started a new career as a WR and same thing happened again. Since there seems to have been an issue for at least a month this should’ve been fixed by now. Absolute crap if u ask me. Have been putting off playing madden for a couple of years now thought I try it again this year but this is too big of a fault. Is there some way to get refund?
