To avoid this you have to create a player through rosters, than transfer it to the franchise and choose current players. But this is annoying...

Yeah that sucks cause no building attributes and firm retirement at 15 years

This lower half dark bug glitch or whatever, is happening because EA just moved the created player player models from last gen to next gen. Causing some type of graphical error, It’s January 13th 2022 and it’s still an issue….

This is ruining my Madden 2022 experience. Wanting to get into Face of Franchise but just cannot stand looking at my player with this glitch.. 

Yup. I start a franchise and edit a prospect in the upcoming draft class to create myself. I then simulate to the offseason. After "my guy" is drafted, I switch to that team and play with "my player". I wish we didn't have to jump through so many hoops just to enjoy a career mode in a football game! It seems like you always have to find ways around bugs/glitches and just flat out limitations to get a semi-decent experience! Smh

I’m experiencing this issue too and I’m playing on an Xbox series X. I’m not playing on a hard drive or any external devices. I’ve rebooted the console multiple times and even redownloaded the game and it’s still happening so this is definitely a bug within yalls game and it makes franchise unplayable to be honest. 

It’s still doing this on madden 23. I don’t play on an external hard drive. Can you just fix it so the bottom half doesn’t turn shaded/dark anymore?

It's happening to me also on Madden 23. In cutscenes it looks fine but during gameplay it's not working.

It's not a hard-drive issue, definitely a game issue. I can't believe this is still happening in Madden 23.
