The 50% offer has started showing up in Madden 23, but when the link takes you to the Xbox store the price is still $99.

Nevermind. If you can't get a 50% off offer to work you probably didn't fix anything that was broken in M23. This game should have actually been free to the gamers that you screwed up their game saves. You broke a cardinal rule of not safeguarding your customers data.
