Hey there, thanks for coming to the forums about your save files not loading up. We are looking to address this as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not aware of any workaround fixes and can only advise to create a new franchise until the team is able to fix this. We are not sure yet whether previous save files that cannot be loaded will be repaired, but aim to try.

    Hi.

    Thanks for your reply. So there is no forecast for the issue to be solved?

    So a expensive game we buy every year just decides that a franchise to which we've dedicated DAYS and HOURS is no longer available and the solution is to start a new one?

    I even have backups so that the game doesnt mess with it and it still happens.

    This is a lack of respect for us.

    No exact date but the team has been attempting to get a fix for this as soon as possible. I know it is one of the priorities I see available for me to see on our end.

    Any fix yet? I’m having the same issue and it’s really annoying considering this is a $60 game and it just randomly decides to stop letting you play
