A good start for us to troubleshoot is to see what you have under the rig. Can you reply to us with a DxDiag so we can see your specs and any Windows errors? I also attached some PC troubleshooting below for you to try out. Let me know if you were able or unable to fix it through those steps. If you have to update your video card driver, please do that before uploading your DxDiag so we get the latest report.
