I haven't seen anyone else report this and we'll need to gather more reports. Do you have a recorded clip where this happens? This is the first it's been brought up here on the forums and when I searched the subreddit there was only one other player that mentioned it, but may be confusion.

I'm not quite sure this is a bug. The line will move a bit because of the wind regardless of where you place it. IF you were to kick it straight down the middle of the field do you see the ball shift to the right? No, the ball moves to the left.

I think the confusion comes from where the wind indicator is pointing. Is that the way the wind is blowing? Because from my experience the answer is no. But what is indicating it is blowing the way that it is?
