Re: Gingerbread men

Yesterday, I completed the gingerbread man sets for TED HENDRICKS and ADRIAN PETERSON. I DID NOT receive either player after completing the set and would like to get those players as I spend a lot of coins and time to complete the sets. 

I HAVE LEFT 3 POSTS IN THE FORUM NOW, and spoke to a guy from EA on the phone.

EA Sports reached out to me on one of my posts and replied "thanks".... That's what I get for EA making a mistake????

Could I be provided some clarity on what their solution will be for stealing two players that I really want for my team. I am tired of waiting for EA to respond with meaningless messages and help and would like my Ted Hendricks and AP as soon as possible. I'd like a timetable at least of when I will get the players owed to me or a 100,000 coin refund on the coins spent completing these sets.

Look in my sets you will see they are complete and I received NOTHING. Please fix this EA. I will not be playing Madden again if this issue is continued to be handled poorly by your team
