Season 2 of my connected franchise just ended.  I tapped Andy Reid to lead my new Dublin Celtic Tigers squad, and he turned the team around from missing the playoffs the year before in Tennessee (we play in four user team league, all teams based in AFC South) to a 14-2 record in his first year as coach.  Only lost to the undefeated league champ from the season before, who went 15-1 the second time around.  Lost 26-20 in OT (kicked a FG with :07 left to tie from the 6 ... knew I should have just went for it) after losing the coin toss.  And it was too much for poor Andy Reid (or he hated all the travel from Dublin, let's be honest).

So I've experienced the same bugs you guys are mentioning.  I wasn't sure which coach I wanted to hire (looking at Harbaugh, Sexy Rexy, and Todd Bowles), and got called to do something else; when I came back, I was booted for inactivity.  After I logged back in, couldn't hire a coach.  After we skip this week, we're into the new season, so I'm assuming they're going to just hire somebody for me.  Then I'll have to fire that guy (and pay out his contract, I'm assuming) before hiring what's left from the dregs (Rex Ryan could still be there, haha).

But yeah.  Stupid bug.  Needs to be fixed.
