Re: How and why improving player development/ratings will improve franchise

@mynameiscark I agree with your takes here regarding a whole new player ratings system to help the development of teams and chances for more unpredictability in our franchise experience. I can imagine your frustration after posting this well thought out idea that no one responded to so I wanted to make sure I replied for some extra traction, even if it's minimal.
