I have ea play and purchased the all madden addition, but I can't get into the free 10 hour trial. When I try to access it through the PlayStation store, and click on the madden 23 menu, it just says "not available for purchase"
Bought EA play with intention of using it just to get a head start on madden I have already purchased and downloaded the madden 23 file but when I click the play ten hours it directs me to orgin and says the game is not available for me yet.

EA Staff (Retired)It doesn't work. I paid money for this and I want my trial. I contacted you and you said you will fix in 1 to 2 days and that’s when it comes out. You guys are just stealing money and it’s not ok. I want my trial I paid for.

I have EA Play on my PS5 and downloaded the Madden 23 file. My copy is still in transit so I figured I could play on the trial until it arrives. When I try to access the trial - which says I have 10hrs left - a message says I need to buy the game. Does EA Play on PS5 not give you a 10hr trial?
