My guess would be it's just the way his face is mapped to his model but I have no idea

Thank you for the examples. Do you see this happen during gameplay or when you go to the instant replay?
Gameplay! Well it happens in both but when in replay, if you zoom in it goes away but it definitely also happens during gameplay most of the time.
I have a connected franchise with my brother who uses an xbox series s but plays the xbox one version of madden 22 and he did not see the clipping on his xbox when we played head to head, it was only visible on my screen which is Xbox one. Hope this helps!- EA_Blueberry
