Same issue. If you scroll through the pages, you’ll see like 5-6 posts, just like yours: bought hurts, locked out of the game for 4-5 days, came back and hurts was gone, or bought hurts, lost coins but did not get the card. Join in on those, go comment on mine so we can get someone to fix this BS!
