@initialdat @Same thing happened to me, I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and still no fix, what’s weird is I can access my account and play on a PS4 but my PS5 has the unable to retrieve your content error
No answer though on an ETA for a fix, or how it occurred
I've reached out to customer support countless time and exhausted my effort without any luck. It wasn't until this morning that they have finally acknowledged this known issue. There's currently no fix at the moment (note that this has been ongoing since the start of Madden release).
So EA accused me of cheating without any proof. Restricted my account, then admit that they were wrong, and the end result is to screw up my account some more without a proper fix.
As they have withhold my access from madden and won't let refund my money, I believe this falls under the definition of theft/consumer fraud..
I am filing a complaint to my state's attorney general/consumer fraud department as this is the only way to escalate this issue and for it to gain traction.
